What if my instrument / speciality / genre is not listed?

If your instrument, speciality or genre is not listed please email us here with the subject line “Add Instrument/Speciality/Genre” and we will take action within 24hrs. We will then send you an email to confirm that it has been added.

Which video format do we recommend?

We recommend using MP4 H.264 as they upload more quickly than other formats we support.

Which video formats do we support?

We currently only support MP4, AVI and m4v video formats.

What is the maximum video file size I can upload?

400MB per video upload is the current maximum allowance.

Can I attach large video files in messenger?

Yes. Also up to 400MB.

I cannot see my video/audio play controls in messenger - what should I do?

Click on the greyed-out user on the left. This will refresh the messages on the current page.

Which audio files can I attach in messenger?

We support MP3 and WAV files.

How do I see what rating a user gives me?

On the newsfeed each video has a star rating on the bottom left. Click on the stars and you will be presented with a modal window. All the individual ratings from users are displayed. On the profile page and performance page, click on the stars to see ratings.

What do the star ratings imply?

1star = Bad. 2star = Poor. 3star = Good. 4star = Great. 5star = Fantastic!

What do I do if I forget my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address. An email will then be sent to you containing a link to a form to reset your password.

How do I buy a SPRK MUSIC CONNECT “Get Noticed” subscription?

This subscription is only available through our app. You can purchase it once you have registered on the SPRK MUSIC iOS or Android app.
